All bookings with AL Madni Car Rental are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation. Booking confirmation is provided through phone, WhatsApp, or email once all required details and documents are verified.

Rental prices are confirmed before booking and may vary depending on several factors, including rental duration, vehicle type, and service location. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking if the required conditions are not fulfilled or if false information is provided.

2. Required Documents

Customers must provide valid and original documents before renting a vehicle. These documents are mandatory for verification and compliance purposes.

Required documents include:

CNIC or Passport

Valid driving license

For foreign customers:

Passport

Valid international driving license or a valid home country driving license

Failure to provide valid documents may result in booking cancellation without any liability on the part of AL Madni Car Rental.

3. Rental Charges & Payments

All rental charges are discussed and clearly confirmed before vehicle delivery. Customers are required to make payments as agreed, either in advance or in full, depending on the rental arrangement.

There are no hidden charges. Any additional costs will only apply if extra services are requested by the customer and confirmed in advance.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required based on the selected vehicle type and rental duration. The security deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection, provided there are no damages, traffic violations, fines, or outstanding charges.

Refund timelines may vary depending on inspection and verification procedures.

5. Vehicle Usage Rules

The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and strictly for legal purposes only. Customers are prohibited from engaging in any unauthorized, illegal, or unsafe activities while using the vehicle.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, fines, penalties, or legal issues incurred during the rental period.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel expenses during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level may result in additional fuel charges.

7. Car with Driver Policy

For car rental services with a driver, the driver will operate the vehicle according to agreed routes, schedules, and instructions. Any changes, overtime, or route extensions must be communicated in advance.

Additional charges may apply for overtime or route changes. Misbehavior, misuse, or inappropriate conduct toward drivers will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.

8. Vehicle Condition & Damage

All vehicles are delivered in clean, safe, and well-maintained condition. Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or accident that occurs during the rental period. Repair, recovery, or replacement costs may be charged if damage results from misuse, negligence, or violation of rental policies.

9. Insurance Policy

All vehicles are insured according to company policy. Insurance coverage does not include damages caused by negligence, illegal use, or violation of traffic laws.

Any damages not covered by insurance will be the sole responsibility of the renter.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges depending on the circumstances.

No-show bookings may not be eligible for a refund.

11. Breakdown or Emergency

In the event of a vehicle breakdown, AL Madni Car Rental will provide assistance or a replacement vehicle where possible. However, the company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

AL Madni Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. The company is also not liable for delays, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from traffic, weather, or road conditions.

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking, verification, and service purposes. Personal data is not shared with third parties without customer consent, except where required by law.
